  • How can I change the date of my trip?

    The ticket can be rebooked to another date at least one day before departure, subject to availability. A ticket can only be rebooked once and the money for the rebooked ticket is non-refundable.

  • Are there discounts for students, pensioners or other categories of people?

    Currently, discounts are only valid for children, 0-6 years (inclusive) - 50% discount, 6-12 years (inclusive) - 20% discount. But we are constantly changing our loyalty program, so stay tuned for updates)

  • Do I need to print my tickets?

    You do not need to print tickets, you can show them to the driver on your mobile phone.

  • How long before departure does boarding start?

    Boarding usually begins 15-20 minutes prior to departure. For a comfortable start to your journey, we recommend arriving at the station early to allow time for check-in and ticket collection. It is recommended that you arrive no later than 30 minutes before departure. This will ensure that you can complete all the necessary procedures before your journey.

  • Is it possible to find out about delays in advance?

    In the event of a bus delay, we always inform our passengers. You will receive an SMS or Viber notification with the exact time of the delay. You may also receive a call from our operator to clarify the details. We do our best to keep you informed and comfortable, even in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
